It is designed to teach the essentials of the world of wine and spirits in order to give individuals a working knowledge of the products that they sell. Staff are often being asked for advice, and the customers expect them to be helpful. A knowledgeable team will improve your customer's dining or retail experience and your bottom line. The aims of the worshop are: To increase the customer average purchase. To increase staff confidence when dealing with customers. To enable staff to give informed advice. To motivate individual to learn more about wine, spirits & liqueurs. OTHER EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS TRC can offer "The Essentials" workshop or be happy to create, and customize one for your specific needs. It is held at your store or restaurant. You choose the date and time to fit your schedule. TRC workshops are entertaining and provide practical education.
