TRC is looking for a new venue to host the monthly tasting events. The new location will be posted soon.
A series of theme sit down wine tasting.
The session is from 7-9pm.
The fee includes tax.
Bread, cheese and finger food served to complement the wines.

INTRODUCING A NEW CLASS

The cocktail is a lovely creation, a mixture of spirits and flavourings that wets the appetite, pleases the eye and stimulates the mind. This class is designed for the home entertainer interested in adding variety to their home drink mixing, learning the tricks of the trade, and making garnishes that will dazzle friends. There will be four bartender stations for participants to mix and shake from the classics to the new cool martinis such as 'Acai Paloma Splash'. Each participant will receive a visual bartender guide sample. You will have a spirited time! Tasting, class materials and finger food included.
The next class will be at Panorama Centre in North Saanich.
