"INTRODUCTION TO WINE"
This course is a good introduction to the world of wine. It is for wine enthusiasts that want to make sense of the language, learn how to taste, evaluate wine, and find out their own tastes. Useful information is covered such as glassware, cellaring wines, food and wine pairing.
Wine is a fascinating, tasty subject and easy to learn.
Each course is entertaining, fun, educational and supported with full colour maps, diagrams and pictures. Learn in a comfortable and social atmosphere. Wines sampling, bread, cheese and notes included.
"THE ESSENTIALS OF WINE"-Advanced Level
This course will appeal to wine lovers in general as well as anyone related to the food and wine industry seeking more wine knowledge. It is a comprehensive course that explores the subject in detail and will give individuals a greater understanding of the core principles of the complex world of wine. It will increase your confidence when dealing with customers. The key topics covered are: viticulture, vinification, grape variety characteristics, old and new world wine regions, tasting techniques, and practical information such as glassware and the dynamics of food and wine pairing.
